Trademark Notice
dogGPT® is a registered trademark of RCO Society, Ltd. (U.S. Trademark Registration No. 7,592,202). RCO Society, Ltd. actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights in the dogGPT mark throughout the United States and internationally.
Authorized Use
The dogGPT name and brand may only be used with prior written permission from RCO Society, Ltd. Authorized uses may include factual references to dogGPT in editorial, journalistic, or academic contexts, provided such references clearly identify dogGPT as a registered trademark of RCO Society, Ltd. and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Unauthorized Use
The following are examples of unauthorized uses that RCO Society, Ltd. will actively pursue:
- Using the dogGPT name, or any confusingly similar variation, as a brand, product name, service name, or company name without written authorization
- Using dogGPT in a domain name, app name, social media handle, or other digital property
- Using dogGPT in any manner that implies a relationship with or endorsement by RCO Society, Ltd.
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. RCO Society, Ltd. reserves all rights with respect to its intellectual property.
Enforcement
It is the policy of RCO Society, Ltd. to issue cease-and-desist notices to parties making unauthorized use of the dogGPT mark, and to pursue all available legal remedies up to and including litigation.
